We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were kinda surprised to find a parking space available, rare in this city. The location was perfect - just outside of the old town, but still close enough to easily access the city center. the hotel was located near a dog-friendly riverside park, a great bonus for us as we were traveling with our furry friend. The transport links to the center were also very convenient.

I had a great stay at Sun House! The host was friendly and helpful, and the apartment wasnice and neat. The location was perfect, as it was near all the famous attractions in Florence. The air conditioning in the apartment was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Florence.

We had a great romantic escape at the apartments. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center. The free bicycles provided were a fun and convenient way to explore the city. We also loved the fact that there was enclosed parking available, which gave us peace of mind for our car.
One thing to note is that the apartments are better suited for two people, as the sofa bed needs to be set up each night. the stairs in the apartments might be challenging with mobility issues.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet part of the city near the old town. The outside garden provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are well-equipped with a pull-out couch below and a bedroom on the mezzanine, along with air conditioning and all necessary amenities.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The Sun House provided a peaceful oasis with a central courtyard and convenient location near the Duomo. The split level apartments were clean and quirky, with helpful amenities such as a fridge and kettle. Simona, the host, was wonderful, offering local tips and even free bikes for exploring. a fantastic stay.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.
